Welcome to my Zilean, the tic tac bomber build. This is my first build, I hope you will find it usefull. This build is for those who want to use Zilean, as full ap (ability power). Time Bomb use the 90% of Zilean ability and Chronoshift use the 200% as health.

When I start a game, I take these items:



Then I upgrade them and I buy the 350g boots:

At this time, I raise Zilean ability power, so I upgrade and buy:



With these items Zilean doesnt need mana pots anymore and with the Rod of Ages I raise his life.
If I still have money, I buy these:

Finally, I raise the as much as I can his ability power with these:

There are many ways to farm with an AP Zilean.

[*] If there are enemies in front of you, you can make 1 or 2 of your minions "kamikaze" killing some of your oppenent minios and injuring the enemies' Champions.
[*] If there aren't any enemies in front of you, then place a Time Bomb at an oppenent minions, use Rewind and replace a Time Bomb at the same minion to detonate the first one.

I recommend Clairvoyance and Flash


Clairvoyance: With this spell you can see a small area of the map which will reveal enemy's jungler or enemy's gang.

Flash: This spell is very usefull if your enemies try to gang you or in a fight the focus on you.

Other spells:



Heal: Zilean is a support champion so the enemies will focus on him, so this spell is important if you dont have any healer at your team

Ignite: With Ignite combined with Time Bomb you can take a kill at the start of the game for ap Zilean.

Clarity: Zilean with this item build will need mana only at the start of the game.

Zilean doesn't need Spell Vampire because his only attack spell is Time Bomb, but it isn't a direct hit. So Zilean will not heal himself if he has spell vampire.

You can combine the use of Time Bomb and Rewind to place two Time Bombs on a target quickly. Placing the second bomb will detonate the first.

Time Warp is an effective way to enable allies to finish off enemies, or escape from a losing battle.

At mid game and late game, if you use Chronoshift you can use Rewind to reduce the cooldown.

You can use Time Bomb at your minions or even at your teammates and it will explode wirhout hurt them.
