Why Hextech Flash
Hextech flash isn't used as much in LOL and in the meta or even at all well for Zoe it can help make her W more effective and useful because after you flash you can then use Hextech flash to gain Zoe Spell thief movement speed and attack orbs if used right you can trade better in lanes and combine with her R Portal jump you can poke enemies like Yasuo for example and do more damage from follow-up orbs
