WHY HEXFLASH
Hextech flash isn't used as much in LOL on Zoe and in the meta for Zoe but it can help make her W more effective and useful because after you flash you can then use Hextech flash to gain Zoe Spell thief movement speed and attack orbs if used right you can trade better in lanes and combine with her R Portal jump you can poke enemies down you can do more damage by abusing this unique Zoe tech from follow-up orbs off her W
