If you're taking the rune set up with presence of mind, it's not needed, you have to be somewhat conscious about how you use your spells, but overall it's not too hard to do in my opinion. I have a bunch of vids on youtube showing it and not having huge mana problems.

You have first item Liandry's, so you already deal with them well, you can go double burn items if you think you need it in certain games, I only double burn in a few games out of about ~100 played between Masters -> Challenger
