I don't use photoshop myself (I use gimp), so I can't offer much help in terms of that. However, the signature I can try to help with.
Things and Stuff:
1. Try to follow the rule of thirds when placing the image. You can add guides to split your canvas into thirds both vertically and horizontally if that helps. You want your focal point to be on one of the intersections.
2. I'm not sure what the swirly thing on the right side of the signature is, but it doesn't really fit.
3. The font is interesting, but the text itself is too large and I think the color is a bit odd. Back to the rule of thirds, placing the text near/on the opposite intersection to your focal can sometimes make everything more aesthetically pleasing. Though text placement really depends on the image itself, the font(s) used, and many other factors.
4. Never save an image as a .jpg, it usually compresses it and ruins the quality. I save mine as .png, but there are other options besides that. Also, I'd recommend imgur over what you're using because I'm pretty sure it's just a better image uploader for this kind of stuff. I personally use deviantART, but that's definitely not required.
5. The border (for lack of a better word) is uneven and looks sloppy.

Hello peeps c:
All I can say is thank you! Yes I thought that swirly thing is not fitting at all, but I had no thought on that what to change, since I need a dark background. I gotta work on that.
Those guides I know to use. But I usually remove them for screenshots.
The text...well...you say it should be smaller...and different color?...What kind of color are you referring to? I was thinking of something darker than blood or so. Seems I didn't nail it. ******** it.
Lastly I never really save stuff on jpg. Only to save size. Since png does take unnecessary bytes.
Border?...What border?...OH YOU MEAN THAT GRAY THING? XD
Okay, to be honest, that picture up there. Is a screenshot.(So basically that gray thing is the background of the Photoshop Program.) It was never saved as a finished project. I just have this Program named Puush, which allows you to take screenshots interactively with Shortcuts like (Shift+STRG+4). That gives you a selection. Then that program uploads that automatically and puts a generated link into the clipboard.
It's always minimized like this: http://puu.sh/dZ14B/610f6b1e47.png
Well anyway, glad I could clear that misunderstanding before anything can happen. x)
Best Regards

I have a similar screenshot program called greenshot, myself. I'd just export an unfinished version of the signature and upload that to an image sharing site. You don't have to merge all your layers to do that, so you'll still be able to make changes after doing so. Knowing it's a screenshot helps a lot, because I suspect the issue with image quality is actually related to that.
In terms of the text, I think it's an issue (imo) of color/size/placement combined causing it to look sort of off to me. The color might be fine if the text was smaller and placed differently, but I don't honestly know.

Hmmm I've got some thoughts on the text. I'll post an update of a better version...oh...I just got a better idea! Coming soon! :D
Thanks again you peeps! c:

Okay, Newsflash!
I'm still working out an idea for the text, the position is set.
Still need to think of a fitting colour. Is it a good idea to move the letters around? Or should I leave it as it is?
Please share me your thoughts!

I'm somewhat a very, very small photoshopper, trying to put my ideas to something more physical.
Well. I know almost no method. But I know the basics.
So I'll be posting projects (ideas) I have, asking what I could add/edit/discard and whatever you have on your photoshopping heart.
TEACH ME SENPAI!
Any thoughts on this one?
Thanks
