well it looks like a rendered render.
You can see the feathering around her...but there is all the white space around that.
A render is just her, you don't want all that space around her.

Now it isn't a render. x_x
The render is JUST the the main subject cut out, not a black background. I think what you may be doing is taking the render layer and then flattening the image, which fills in the background and makes it the background layer and locks it.
Don't do that.
All you need to do is take the selection, select inverse, delete, and save it...you should see a checkered box in place of what you just deleted, that is the canvas. It won't show in the final product.
I mean, that picture would be easy to render, all I would need to do is Magic Wand the black and remove it, but still, that is not a render.

Dude you don't need to move anything to anything to do anything.
All you do is, you have Nidalee, you select her, you select inverse, delete.
