This is my first rendered picture I did ever. I just want some constructive feedback on how I did and how good it looks ^_^

A lot of it looks chunky and messy in places, what did you use to do this? You should really use the pen tool if you are not. It will let you get smooth and accurate lines.
Thanks to GrandMasterD for my sig!

Well my advice would be to lean towards going inside the line you want (the outline of the character) rather than towards the outside. When there's extra stuff on the outside of the character it's very obvious, but usually not as obvious that there's a bit missing. Try to use long smooth lines when you can. Most curves can be done with just 1 line. Zoom in pretty far so you can see the pixels your line is landing on and aim for the inside.
Thanks to Minho for my sig!
