Im looking through the Adobe Download Assistant at all the different programs for design and I want your guys' opinion on whats best for making sigs. Theres Flash, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Photshop, stuff like that.

That's not Photoshop, it's different Adobe programs. Flash program is used to develop Flash, Dreamweaver is used for making websites, InDesign not sure, Photoshop is.. Photoshop (CS5 is the best) ;)

Photoshop.
Dreamweaver is for designing websites.
Flash is mostly for games/animations but, it's feasible.
I'm not sure what InDesign is for though.
True love is found only in yourself.

InDesign is like MS Publisher, basically.

its very easy and good to make text in illustrator
