An ap miss fortune can lay down a good lane of fire from her, make it rain, that it actually is scary to stand inside of that, ontop of that, all of her skills get better boosts from ap instead of ad. (i found this one when i was looking for a MF hybrid idea) i am personally a lover of my MF AP build and it does a lot of damage without putting mf within as much of range as her attacks do. So AP MF is a thing, and it is way deadly, i can't say how well a pure AD/attack speed MF in comparsion, but i hate when i see those type of MF players cause i feel MF is wasted.
Yes, AP MF is a thing. Her Q, E and ult scale with AP, and her W deals magic damage. I have also heard of hybrid MF before, and it sounds promising.
ARAM is a map where everybody is clumped, so doing many autoattacks often isn't a good idea. That's why any champion that can buff their ability damage by building AP can be noticeably stronger than their AD counterpart. Hence AP Nasus, AP Miss Fortune and AP Varus are a thing there (and strong too). It's also a less tryhard mode, so people are less afraid of building whatever they want.
EDIT: Viktor jungle is still troll though, so dodging was a good choice.
