CDR or AP Soraka??

Both of her healing abilities have really high AP ratios so decent AP is always a must. Spamming heals constantly whether you have high CDR or not with drain your mana. Building a combo will give you good enough heals not to have to spam. I build a full AP build and can usually heal enough back to keep my team pushing for much longer than I should have been able to.
