Srsly? Elo in WoW is fine. Usual team sizes are 2-3, while the team Elo suffers if one guy ****ed up.

Oh I got it. My point still stands. ELO both works and doesn't work. But that is neither here nor there in regards to the original post. There are a lot of factors that go into ones ELO... and 80% of those factors have nothing to do with that player.
However I think the ELO system is great for the 5 man ranked teams. That is why it also worked in games like WoW.
