Layout to make the reader happy?

But I did figure that it might keep people from wanting to read "the rest" once the read a little of the guide :S But yes, I did do it on purpose, in order to try and be original. I first thought I'd make the text a different color, and brown seemed like an obvious choice, but when I tried it out, it seemed too dark. And somehow I just found that yellow was light and original, so that's what I went with I guess :P It's a lot of coding to change it all, so I'm not sure. Are there other colors you have good reading experience with, which I might be able to use? EDIT: I just noticed that green seems to be a solid choice for the text.
