No. 95% of all AP champions are better off with AP quints than MrP.
Don't buy MrP glyphs at all. MrP quints are decent, but AP is (like I said) almost always stronger.

I prefer flat AP quints cause 15 AP at level 1 is awesome, especially if your going dorans ring, alot of ap at level 1.

From what I've read flat AP tapers down (under per level) around level 6? So you're better with AP per level if you want better end game AP? =S

AP/lvl quints are incredibly bad. DO NOT get them.
