Elo + a good number of games played with a decent win ratio would be a good indicator.
Elo because anything works at 1000 elo, and being at 2000 says "I know my ****" a lot better than 1000.
A decent win ratio + a good amount of games means you have experience. imho I would trust a Morde with a 1300/1200 w/l ratio over a Morde with 15/0 w/l ratio because the one with 2500 games has a ton more experience.
