Ren is flexible and there's lots of good builds for him.
A rather good build for Ren might be;
Merc or CDR boot, Frozen Mallet, Black Cleaver, Warmogg's, Atma's, Force of Nature.
Another good build?
Sunfire cape/Frozen Mallet/Force of Nature/GA/Madred's.
A lot of items work very well on him.
Meta golems build works as well.
As far as Lee goes, there's a lot of builds that work as well.

They're good on Renekton (if you run 0/21/9), but not Lee Sin.
"Blizzard spoke thus; Thou shalt not BM. And the players replied Nay, I shall Play my hand with Lethal already on the board. And so Blizzard sent unto them this Brawl of Yogg, As a lesson for their sins of Pride and Greed, for he is the Prophet of Madness and RNG. On that day, the tavern descended into an era of chaos and darkness, until the weekend passed and everyone forgot all about it. Amen. Book of SMOrc, Verse 20, Chapter 4." - Feam T
For Lee, I'd say he's a bit more flexible when you talk about builds.
I would say that since you'll probably more aggressive than passive, for masteries, go 21/0/9 for jungle.
If you're jungling then yeah, smite and flash is the right way to go.
Most people get Wriggles on Lee sin but I wouldn't rush strait for it. Go for 2 or 3 doran blades to maximize your early game ganks and such.
As for items, it really depends on your style, you COULD do glass cannon, but I'd say that going Atmogs/Fratmas first then deciding is a better choice.
So like: Wriggle's / Merc Treads or Ninja tabi / Warmog's or Frozen Mallet / Atma's
then you'd either go with more damage with like: Hextech Gunblade or Tri-force or Bloodthirster / Last Whisper
or you'd build even tankier with: Force of Nature / Randuin's.
The Dodge rune thing:
If you plan on jungling you need something more reliable to mitigate damage, so you'd usually go armor seals. imo, i'd only get dodge runes if I speced in the dodge mastery in the defensive tree for the speed up, and i'd only pair them with ninja tabi if the other team doesn't have that much cc.

Either way it's a small difference.
If you're gonna run the 21 defense, might as well take dodge yellows.
If not, probly armor.
Wonder what Searz thinks.

I think, searz said once, that dodge runes with
Nimbleness
are S-Rank, other than that A-Rank.
Armor is S-Rank.

Armor is S-Rank.

Dodge isn't worth it unless you have the mastery (or play on dominion since it might be better there).

"I saw [Twilight: Eclipse] in theaters with a girl I was dating at the time. I spent more time staring at my toes and wiggling them than I did watching this abomination. When Edward proposed to Blank Face, I finally looked up with a revelation.
I blurted out loud, in a dead silent theater full of teenage girls on opening night "Wait a minute, Edward has no blood flow. How does he get an erection?" I heard several men laughing, and had several girls turn and stare at me.
I did not get laid that night." - Berengier817

But if you have the mastery, then yes they are superior to armor at least mathematically?

How can
And
And about runes, I usually use marks penetration, glyphs magic resist per level and quints or flat HP or armor penetration... And for seals, mana regen or flat armor... but i see many guides with dodge, but only 6.8% of dodge is good? They're efficient early and late? If I use them, isn't better using dodge quints too and getting ninja tabi to maximize it? but the tenacity? :/
I looked that graphs thing, but I can't see a big difference on them, only in the price... are dodge seals cost efficient?
