Clarity is kinda bad and you don't really need Fort on a supporter. CV is NEEDED on your supporter unless you already have someone else that takes it.

Also, watch a livestream - they ALWAYS have clairvoyance (in a tournament match). It's essential, especially for counter jungling/stopping ganks.
