I get this as well sometimes, my internet provider throttles my connection if I use a lot of bandwidth in a day. Usually happens if I watch streams or youtube videos for a couple of hours and then try to play after, and it lasts until about midnight. >.>

There's always quite a few people who don't sign up and then join on the day.
You need to log in before commenting.
