as much as i love trundle i dont think he should be tier 2, maybe tier 3 because his ult isnt that good in the current meta of hp stacking
and wouldnt warwick be higher now with the new BotRK? same with shyvana
also is the tier list based on clear times, ganks, or just overall game?

Its based on overall.
Haven't had time to re-evaluate how league of Botrk changes some heroes, warwick will probably move up a little, shyv more then that, but trundle won't move, I'll explain when i'm not so tired, tl;dr is 40% cdr pillar uptime + shredding resist tanks like xin/hec.

I'll admit there is some personal bias when it comes to lee, I'll probably move him to a spot high in tier 2 soon. Shyvana is probably going up with botrk changes as is voli. I haven't played rammus in a longgg time, since the very start of S3 and I found him underwhelming. Whenever I ask any jungler about rammus I just get called a troll gg. I'll test him soon.
Shen isn't moving, cho might move down a little. Shaco and trundle will probably move down a little too. Naut isn't making it past tier 4, warwick might depending on how Botrk and some other items I want to try on him go. Amumu I need to play more to determine, although I have heard people say he is extremely strong.
EDIT: First post edited. I intend to keep this thread active, ask away.

If I may ask, why is Riven lower than Singed and Fiddlesticks? I personally feel she outclasses them both in a majority of the traits necessary to be a good jungle champion. That, and I also personally feel she's better than most if not all of the other champions in her tier (Save for probably Nautilus in one or two traits).
She can invade and counter jungle very well (Probably just not against the god duelists and counter junglers), has great early ganks, has alright sustain, and if fed she can snowball very hard. The only thing I don't feel she is good at is recovering from a bad start, since she mostly becomes a glass cannon or a tanky stun machine in team fights later because of it. Though with the recent fix to her passive, I think she handles this somewhat better than before.

Riven needs a lot of gold to be effective, gold that isn't really found in the jungle. Her dueling is only slightly above average, and if she falls behind and tries to go a tank build, she isn't as tanky naturally as some others are and she doesn't have much CC either. She has ok sustain and clearing, but it isn't enough to outweigh her glaring weaknesses.
Singed and fiddlesticks have clear advantages over her, fiddlesticks in his amazing kit and sustain, singed through his tankiness with only a few items and strong cc and ganks. Darius who she is right under, has the potential to go a tank/tanky build or a more damagey build, all while providing a good amount of fight presence and peel, as well as more CC.

Her dueling is pretty good IMO. Just not god-tier level. I've had situations where I've outdueled guys like Dr. Mundo, Shyvana and Darius early, who are some of the best duelists in the game right now. Even then, if she does fall behind, she can always build items like Phage, Black Cleaver, Wriggle's Lantern, Aegis of the Legion or Hexdrinker which help her transition into mid-late game as well as giving her damage.
Doesn't Fiddlesticks have issues with his mana? Sure his health is always nearly topped of, but from my experience even with blue buff, I have to slow down in order to not drain his mana pool just to clear. With Singed, I personally feel that he's also looking for gold. More gold than Riven currently needs to be effective. He doesn't have a budget build like Riven does, and he can't be the annoying guy unless he catches up. And I think Riven can catch up fairly quickly if she's played correctly in team fights.
UPDATE: On that same note, shouldn't Nautilus be on the same tier as Fiddlesticks and Singed then? Since even if he does fall behind, he's a tank and once he hits level 6, the ganking power he brings to a lane and amount of CC in a team fight should be more than enough of help to his team. And I also noticed that Skarner seems to be missing.

I will fix my mic for the next video so it isn't as scratchy and so that you can hear me without blasting your speakers, and I'll also make it so you can actually see the tier list without the use of a magnifying glass.
