I'd say Nautilus and Malphite do a really good job by their own, bringing a tanky jungler with high cc/debuff while doing nice damages.
You could try alistar too, a strong and often successful gank in the early levels help your lane doing good.
Overall, tell your mate what you will do and ping a lot. Don't dive too hard, depending of your champ, in the early levels, you will screw up your mate (enemy double buff lolol) and your self (losing buff)
