I know how weird this is going to sound, but EG vs LMQ filled my heart with joy. After watching EG struggle since the start of season 3 it just makes me so happy to see that they finally got a good week, regardless of all the roster changes they went through. I'm incredibly happy to see Krepo do this good as I think he's one of the best personalities in professional League.
I'm going to make two bold statements:
Krepo + Altec is one of the best botlanes in NA, definitely top-3. They're a lot more consistent than lets say Doublelift + Aphromoo and always put up great results. Krepo is a god at Morg / Braum while Altec can do good at pretty much everything.
Pobelter has one of the biggest champion pools of all North American mids. He may not be the best at them individually but it's impossible to put him out of his comfort zone.
If they keep this up they might be able to contend for the top-4 spots next season.
I'm really salty atm though that they don't get to go to playoffs, but thats how LCS works. You have to perform consistently and EG was 6/17 before their winning spree lol.

I'm sad, but also proud of EG for such a strong end to the split. I'm confident they'll stay in the LCS and hopefully they'll become a top contender next season. I reeeaaaaaally hope Krepo stays on as a player instead of becoming a coach/analyst, too.
