Sucks. I'd buy it if it gave something OTHER than just a whole bunch of HP.
Yasuo's shield scales off resistances, not HP.
Buy items with both HP and resists, i.e Randuins/SV/BV/Sunfire.

im using this thing as a source
so yasuo at level 18 with that build would have 3256 hp not counting masteries/runes and 76.2 armor, giving him 2481.072 additional effective hp totaling at 5737.072 effective hp
if he got say randuins instead he would have 2756 hp and 146.2 armor, again not counting masteries or runes, giving him 4029.272 additional effective hp totaling at 6785.272 effective hp
and now to find out all of this with rengars arm. pen
so with 76.2 armor and all of the reduc/pen rengar had yasuo would have 27.1475 armor (assuming no runes/masteries and full stacks of TBC) giving him 883.9226 additional effective hp totaling at 4139.9226 effective hp
with 146.2 armor with the same armor pen he would have 61.2725 armor (again no runes/masteries and full stacks of BT) giving him 1688.6701 additional effective hp giving him a total of 4444.6701 effective hp
soooooooooo randuins would have been a much better buy for the build he had instead of warmogs

of course the rengar probably had 6% armor pen from the offensive tree and his rengar rune page has 19.2 armor pen and yasuo had 12.7 armor from runes and 36 and 3% max hp from runes and masteries but i still think randuins would be a better buy
