EDIT: MM what do you think about armour marks? I've been using them for a while. Might switch to ad to see if it's any better
i think ur a little ***** That's a good idea and I don't know why it never occurred to me, only 'cause then I'd be able to take something of my choice in quints, health in seals and still have armour. I might try that with AD/AP quints. Thanks <: I'd still try out the AD mark setup though in your shoes, I quite like it.

Game 3: Broken Bird vs Rainbowz

Runes:
Magic Pen, Scaling Health, 6 Flat CDR, 3 Scaling AP, AP

Masteries:
21/0/9

Things I learned:
  • If you see an Azir turret icon at your own fountain, do not click it.
  • Azir's waveclear is amazing, but not enough to outpush Lux.
  • Support Yorick can 1v1 Lee Sin.

Things I need to improve:
  • CSing. It's even worse with Azir than other mages. I feel like I play him well in fights, but I cannot farm correctly to save my life.
  • I was making poor use of Exhaust.
  • Kept eating Light Bindings.

Summary:
Azirx Lux was just boring and we basically sat there doing nothing, only got the early edge because I cheesed some kills off Lee when he killed Xin Zhao. Yorick and Tristana were doing work bot and Nasus became unstoppable doge monster with Xin's help. Team fights were a lot of give and take, mostly Lux getting kills for the enemy side, but eventually Nasus's patience wore thin and he chose to demolish every turret and multiple people in sight before dropping. I felt like I was missing a large chunk of my kit due to my naivety causing a Azir breaking glitch.

Questions of the game:
  • Again, should I have just rushed Morellonomicon? I got RoA cause of the health and all that, but I feel I coulda been more aggro again.
  • What do you guys think about GMD's Support Yorick?
  • Has anyone had this Azir glitch? I noticed a turret icon on the well and of course I clicked it, thiking it probably was a glitch and wouldn't do anything. Of course it spawned a Sun Disc and it sat there being pretty for the rest of the game as the fountain was healing it. It was forever. Eternal. But yeah, that's cool and all, but I couldn't spawn another sun disc for the remainder of the game.

    For proof:

Game 4: Draaaven and Thresh vs Vayne and Sona

Runes:
Hybrid Pen, Health, Magic Resist, Armor

Masteries:
0/16/14

Things I learned:
Things I need to improve:
  • I should have just abandoned ship and ditched Draven instead of dying with him for the sake of friendship.
  • I was too slow at interuppting Katarina, but she was a God, so like that would have helped.

Summary:
Not much to say here, Katarina got ******ed strong with a 20 stack Mejais and forced a surrender at 20 minutes.

Questions of the game:
  • How does Orianna lose that matchup?
  • Is there ANYTHING we could have done to bring that around?

Game 5: OP Tree vs Diggity Doge

Runes:
Hybrid Pen, Armor, Magic Resist, AP

Masteries:
21/9/0

Things I learned:
  • Despite being outscaled in damage by Nasus, Maokai shuts him down in team fights.
  • Ezreal is an effing god.
  • Nasus players can be very aggressive.

Things I need to improve:

Summary:
Two tanks that deal no damage early on in a lane together is less entertaining than sitting in the line for the DMV. Eventually LeBlanc came up to help me kill him at like 15 minutes, but by then her and Ezreal were already dominating. I got some last minute kills before they surrendered with my Godly Tree powers.

Questions of the Game:
  • Was my CS adequate?
  • Should I "play tree erry day?"
  • What Maokai skin should I buy?

GMD did a good Lee Sin game! O_O

I agree with Janitsu about AD marks on Thresh.

Game 6: The Jar Man vs Trondomurder

Runes:
AD, Armor, 6 CDR, 3 MR, AD

Masteries:
21/9/0

Things I learned:
  • Even when I'm behind I can still hold up proper dragon control. I don't think they got more than one, we got like 4?
  • GMD once again proves the legit-ness of support Yorick.
  • Chilling Smite is meh on J4.

Things I need to improve:
  • Asserting dominance. I got Rumble fed, but I wouldn't say I held the boot to Rek'Sai's neck.
  • Being more intuitive with pings.
  • Being smarter about my engages.
  • dealing with splitpushing better.

Summary:
Early game was rough. I started gromp and blue and Rek'Sai met me at red, I don't think she intended to take it, only scare me away. After some confusion, Rumble came to assist me, but I ended up dying, but Rumble got Rek. Rek'Sai gave up like 3 creep waves for it, so Rumble was massively ahead, so I say wurf in all chat. After that it was a lot of cheesing and watching Caitlyn demolish things. We got enarly every dragon but we were starting to lose to splitpushing. Both Tryndamere and Rek'Sai were splitpushing, and they were strong enough to kill certain people ( Rumble or Kassadin or even myself) 1v1. Eventually though we just made the right picks and the right pushes to victory.

Questions of the game:
  • How do I overcome splitpushing, and specifically double splitpushing, as this team was doing, better?
  • Is Stalker's Blade worth on J4? I assume Trailblazer is better.
  • How was my itemization?

Oh, and this will be my final post to MOBAfire for awhile. It's been real, guys. Gonna be moving tomorrow to Arizona from Ohio. I'll be back online once my computer ships to my new house. :] Cya and thanks for all the help and support!
