On a side note:
The ranked game experience is ALOT better when I don't care about winning or losing(Which doesn't mean I dont try to win), I lose less motivation and can focus better on the game.
At the moment my ELO is very unstable, but it's okay for me because I know I go up eventually and I have more space of trying new stuff out without being afraid of the result, which boosts my gameplay.

Guardsman gave a really long lecture on this subject a while ago saying pretty much the same thing. Except he said it in a really wise and insightful way.
