Supposedly there's some issue with his ult when it's on smartcast, or something along those lines, but I don't know why it's taking so long to fix it

^ It's Viktor's E and Rumble's ult which are affected.

I've found myself wanting to pick Rumble several times these past couple of days, so it is pretty annoying ._. Maybe Riot will put Viktor on free week again once they fix it though, who knows.

So that's why my rumble ults were so bad. I thought I was going crazy, I managed to hit 1-2 good ults and all other had the same direction of spread even though I dragged it into other direction.

He did, and I didn't even get to try him out. I hope they put him in next week's free champion pool.
