Yup, totally agree it was a huge mistake to butcher her Noxious Blast damage

That sentence pretty much sums up her entire rework. Riot decided that Cassio's play style was really toxic because at times she was popular, she was a really dominant champion. I mean does anyone remember the times that

Anyway, before her "rework" (quotation marks because they didn't actually rework her kit) she was capable of playing in two ways. 1) Siege mode: Max Q, sit back, and poke people from afar. You trade kill potential for safety. 2) Close-combat: Max E, hit Q and close in for the kill. Good kill potential but very risky. Now Cass has no option but to be risky, and that doesn't work well in this meta game. It's one of the big reasons

Another thing they did was completely annihilating her damage potential during most stages of the game, which makes her not very rewarding to play. If a team decides to end the laning phase quickly, then Cass is pretty screwed. And even though she gave all this up, her late-game still pales in comparison to the real late-game powerhouses known as

If that wasn't enough, her itemisation got awkward as well, because thanks to her passive there's no need to itemise for cool down reduction; something most mages get. Not that an E-oriented play style would need that in the first place. Essentially what they did was strip Cassiopeia of all flexibility in order to give her a late-game no one wanted. Personally I thought Cass needed a mana buff or two and perhaps a functionality change on her E (like why doesn't it reset, why does it get set at 0.5s?).
I also don't like this trend of overcomplicating champions; talking about her passive. Her old passive was fine and had a good thing to it; something for players to look at and play with. Now she just has some kind of overcomplicated **** with lots of stacks because it looks cool or something.

brand is a decent cheese support, tossed him into t3.
ezreal does 0 damage vs the super tanks that are around right now, and bluebuild means ur going to get crushed so hard in lane u wont be relevant ever or until very late, in which case ur team carried you and you could be playing any other adc. moved him over MF as he isn't awful, but he is pretty underwhelming overall
ap sion isnt too bad, put him in
lol viktor
