The new Ryze, stack mana, and resistances, = GG they can't kill you and you have really great damage output.
Mordekaiser - Take top solo lane, get farmed, get items, dominate.
Garen - Lane with a mid-late game carry or anti carry who can stun, get 10+ kills and force surrender at 20, if game drags out you still win since you fed your laning partner.
Twisted fate - Map awareness wins games, if game is going bad, can backdoor as AP or AD
Jungle Shaco - Reginald is proof here.
Xin Zhao/Jarvan - Do we need to even talk about it? people still QQ, especially if you can Jungle Jarvan
