I will, like many people in this post, also have to go with gangplank. As mentioned many times before...throw a crit with parlay, get shot, eat some oranges, and it's k. Oh, and did I forget to mention the part where you kill a bunch of people if your jungler comes to gank, or if their jungle comes to gank you? ^^
