IMO, finish Sheen before Manamune. Sheen just gives you SOO MUCH compared to Manamune. Tear will still give you more than enough mana to spam your abilities, while also giving you scary deepz because of the Sheen proc.
The purpose of Shen is to flip out and kill people.

Basically what I've been saying ;P
Rushing Manamune is best because instead of relying on spell spam to gain mana pool, you can just use your basic attacks to gain it, which means even when you're OOM you can still gain manapool without going back. That's the main thing with high ELO; you DON'T want to go back, manamune gives you a much better sustain and the damage boost makes for nice constant harass rather than Sheen's burst.
I don't get it, I don't have to recall at all. Usually, I make one trip back then my gold farming kicks in. Tear + Boots of Speed. Farming kicks in, I allow my Tear to stack up. If I have to end my farming prematurely, I pick up a Sheen. If I'm allowed to farm, I finish my Manamune cause it's allowed time to stack.
Better explanation? When you harrass at 6+, you're mainly spamming with Missle Barrage and Phos Bomb. They all benefit from AP, so the small AP from Sheen helps, slightly. The extra poke damage is great because well, you're poking. Gatling Gun does some mean damage, but Corki isn't 'auto attack heavy earlygame.'

I'm on Xai with this one. The extra auto-attack mana from Manamune is great, it really is.
But so is Sheen. And you don't loose a lot of sustainability by getting Sheen first - not at all, I can usually stay in lane for as long as I want with Tear alone.
I mean, sure, Manamune gives you more sustainability, but you don't *need* that much of it, comparing to the benefits that Sheen brings.

I don't know Xai, go watch some high ELO matches of Corki play and see their playing style. I mean, Bryant and I aren't asking you to look into it for no reason, it's just something proven to work in high ELO.
You're a member of our team, and we're just trying to look out for you to help you dominate your lane. We'll watch out for Corki high ELO, too, and contact you when we see it.

Regarding the triforce/tbc... i usually get a lifesteal item before I decide. After that... it usually depends a lot on team comps and items they have...
