im with jebus and didnt play dota aside from like twice way back when, but i just looked up sniper, and yes! i want her to be a clone of him, and jebus, his ult is just alot of damage at crazy range, and it also interrupts channels.
as to my sig, i agree with it wholeheartedly and always have. even if its not my statement.
edit: the concept art of rifle with scopes up and down makes me think of something adding a good deal of range to her abilities, or just all her attacks

I like it. However, the idea of a long-range spammable spell can't really be countered with the resources that we have in LoL, can it? Couldn't this sniper guy just sit back at spawn and defend infinitely when champions are pushing into base?

i think that cd would be absolutely ridiculous, so if they keep either damage or cooldown, i want them to keep it high damage. with crazy scaling. and it can crit. i want half map parrley with a 65 second cooldown

The thing with it is that it basically took 40% of his mana to cast it once, and if they ran out of range, your channel would be canceled.
I'm sure if that it were implemented, there would be a lot higher ward usage :)
Note that it only does 655 damage (at max) since DotA didn't have any spell boosters. A LoL version of this ult would probably have like 300 damage at max with like 20% scaling. The cooldown would also be longer since CDR exists (it didn't in DotA)
