Just noticed the points on Master Yi tower-pushing...
Never actually tried that
I never got to play Yi when I was a noob because everyone else picked him :L

Gangplank/Teemo: I learned how to play AD champs, and basically all I learned from these guys was basic game mechanics (like team fights and laning, nothing advanced at all). Gangplank was my first tank too :P

Sona: This is the first character I was legitimately good at (when sona was OP). I just facerolled and stayed out of the way and I would win us battles. This is where I learned most of my higher-ELO game mechanics (baroning/dragoning, last hitting, etc.)

Kennen: I learned how to carry! Woohoo! Before this I was an incredibly insignificant part of my team. I also learned to hit Y and unlock my view screen. Helped me soooo much with landing my shurikens.

Udyr: My first jungle champ, I learned to legitimately tank, and not just tankplank.

Pantheon: Taught me the need to use letters instead of my mouse. Yes, I did right click his whole combo at one time Lol!

Ashe: Taught me that I shouldn't be in the front during team fights if I'm a glass cannon.

Olaf: Taught me that some champions are not meant to lane and are better serve in the jungle. After failing many times in lanes and would only do well if I had a babysitter/feeder, I decided to try jungling for the first time and I never went back with him into the lane.

Special thanks to Xiaowiriamu for the banner!

Tristana: Learned that I SUCK at League of Legends
Janna: Learned how to support, learned that I'm not SUCKING as much, learned when to place ults in team fights
Anivia: Learned about skillshots, spiking, and holding up a solo mid lane, learned about last hits
Kog'Maw: Learned about ranged harass and when to not push a tower - learned a lot about MIAs during this phase
Twitch: Learned about stealth and the important of Oracle's, learned about focusing carries in team fights
Gangplank: Learned about deny and better last hits with Parrley, learned about global ultimate positioning and map awareness
LeBlanc: Learned about powerful burst combos and about the general poor scaling of pure AP mages towards late-game
Amumu: Learned how to jungle, learned how to effectively gank someone out of the jungle, learned about the importance of wards and Dragon/Baron control and that a tank should be, first and foremost, protecting his carries
Malphite: Learned that it's OK to use your abilities to last hit and that it's FAR more important than harass is - just need to make sure not to get harassed out of XP/gold range.
