Do you think that it exists?
IMO It kinda exists but it kinda doesnt. again imo its when your better than your league and deserve to be higher, but your teammates hold you down. Now lets face it, everyone has bad games, so in reality it doesnt exist, i just kinda use it when im the only lane that wins and all the other lanes get ****ed :<

Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.
Heres my
Shyvana guide! I will dance in their ashes

What the hell no.
It doesn't exist at all.
Just admit you're bad, only think about improving, and you will acquire elo. It's not hard to get a high rating, you just need dedication and a tough skin so that you aren't bothered by trolls and afks.

i wouldnt say elo hell exists
but there is going on a bad losing streak and having your MMR lower than what you believe it to be causing you to play with worse players than before your losing streak
yeah if you go on a losing streak youre going to play with worse players just like going on a winning streak will let you play with better players even if those wins or losses were your fault or not

But, bad luck with MMR Matchmaking exists and is what keeps Silver players in Bronze, Gold players in Silver and so on... AFKers, DCers, Leavers, Trolls, ******s, Feeders (I mean 0/10 in minute 5) and so on, really put your team behind and in a really hard spot and sometimes you can't do anything.
Another thing I believe people (overall, Gold and above players) forget is that not all roles have the same impact over the course of a game, mainly due to in higher leagues players play "better" than in low leagues that players (like me) lack knowledge, mechanics and decision-making experience. I have seen a lot of players saying that "I carried myself out of <insert League>" and actually, he was a really good player but was Top or Mid (even ADC), those roles have a great impact in the overall game. If you perform good and know what you are doing, you will likely win, if not, you can pretty much screw your team. Jungler have somewhat an impact, but not as much as the formers. Support, however, only affects the ADC (and some degree the Mid role) and, if those both players are bad, not matter how good the Support is (unless it is a Nidalee or Zyra or <insert Support Champ than can build Damage as Support). Granted there are Champs like Thresh and BC that can turn games, but those are exceptions due to their mechanics which good players will be able to avoid and deny.
I didnt want to write a wall of text and proably a lot of people will disagree with me, but it is fine, I am not looking for approval or anything, this is just my opinion and I can be completely wrong.
Support actually has a much larger impact than people think, it's just that you have to work harder to make it noticeable. I mean you're not just affecting your adc by winning your lane, you're effecting your ADC, their ADC, their Support, possibly the other lanes and your jungler during the laning phase due to focusing the enemy team's ganking and roaming on your lane, also by getting objective gold for the team, your warding and aura items are invaluable and many supports can make plays (Thresh, Blitz, Sona, Janna, etc.)

It's not about never being able to reach your deserved Elo, it's about having as much garbage thrown in your way as possible.
You can reach your Elo, but it's jack-**** complicated being judged with a system that is meant to judge 1vs1, while having a team of 5 individuals that could get completely screwed over by one toxic root.
It's laughable how ppl point out that veterans could carry themselves out of Bronze while actually 90% of the guys who complain are starters who recently got decent and don't have a 2 years of experience difference to the rest of the Bronze-Gold player base.
It's like some decent new basketball player complains about getting dragged down by his mates in eighth division and you tell him to shut up because Michael Jordan in his golden years wouldn't have had a problem doing it either...
And besides... DuoQ should get abolished. Either 5vs5 premade or all random.
We only have that because it's more fun to be able to play with your friend, but not because it's in any way fair to do so.
