THEY FINALLY DID IT. NEW Viktor CORES. OMFG.

Evolution: Gravity Storm
Item Cost: 2000
Recipe Cost: 1000
+3 Ability Power per level +40 Ability Power +25% Cooldown Reduction +12% Movement Speed
Augment Ability: Gravity Field is 20% larger and can be cast instantly.
Evolve Ability: A target that is damaged for the first time by Chaos Storm will be silenced for 2 seconds


Evolution: Power Storm
Item Cost: 2000
Recipe Cost: 1000
+3 Ability Power per level +40 Ability Power +30 Armor +30 Magic Resist +35 Tenacity
Augment Ability : Viktor will gain 20% Movement Speed while the shield holds and the device will bounce back to the target once for 40% damage.
Evolve Ability: Chaos Storm churns for 50% more damage and heals Viktor for 15% of the damage it deals.


Evolution: Death Storm
Item Cost: 2000
Recipe Cost: 1000
+3 Ability Power per level +70 Ability Power +30% Magic Penetration
Augment Ability: Death Ray sets fire to enemies, dealing 30% additional magic damage over 3 seconds and moves 30% further.
Evolve Ability: Chaos Storm deals 20% more damage on the initial blast.



WTF IS THIS IT'S AMAZING. MUST HAVE NOW.

If these actually go live he will prob be one top ap mids alot pros said he would be top ap if not for the 3 items but now that they were buffed like that i can see him being very strong maybe op.

He will still suffer short reach and bad mana costs.

They just fixed the one thing that literally held him back from being competitive.

He's now a very high *** power, short reach mage.

thats not the final rework and that isnt going live because those numbers are VERY overpowered

and thats not even the rework they wanted to use it just accidentally got put in the patch

There alot of short range mages that are used in competitive play. If long range was that important xearth would be op.

Dont get to happy with any thing in pbe honestly alot of items seem op and there will likely be game breaking builds. Some of items seem very op just reading them.

I never ignored anything honestly alot of **** in this patch seems op i dont expect this to be live ready for live for a while maybe 3 or 4 weeks in its current state.

Upgrade any boots to reduce flash cooldown by 25%

cooper some of the items "look" op when you look at them but in reality they arnt very good

there is a weapon with an active that gives you 100% crit chance BUT IT GIVES NO AD :O

there are items that let you turn off turrets, most likely youll have to get in the turret range for the active to work and it only gives defenses not any damage

honestly the only items that look "OMFG OP" are a few of the new support items they have but theyll probably only be built on supports
