Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

Ill agree with you over there man. just played with 2 Shyvs. One was playing mid and the other wanted to jungle wihtout knowing how to. Ended up having 1 bar of health after his first camp (Wraiths) and forced me to tank the Blue Golem which resulted in mid being level 3 and I was only level 1 -.-
