how do i add pictures from my computer to my...

whenever i hit that button where it sould let you put in a picture, i can never figure out what to do. please help

you have to use an image hosting site like image shack, or photobucket.
Once you have an account on one of those sites you upload the img onto that site.
I personally use photobucket, and then you take the image link/html and copy it onto your guide.
For it to show up you have to use an image coding (Img)html.pic3000(/img)
For that to work you have to use [] square brackets. from there you should have your image. If this is not clear enough here is a link to how to do it, it is talking about linking sigs but the beginning principle is the same.
