it looks like his ability's are incredible in the right hands but on the downside his damage looks kinda weak

His Q's energy cost seems a little bit to high in teamfights.
Not that it has utility just pure damage it should be tweaked a bit.
Other than that I think he's a good duelist and can dish out reasonable amount of aoe and single burst in a teamfight.
However no real escape mechanism or cc makes him hard to build pure damage which may hold him back a little.
I think he's like a clean-up champ since he got a close-up ult and high burst, he doesn't fit in a bruisers role or else he does too little damage, while not able to soak up as many for the carries..

I think that he'll be boring. I think Rengar was the only champion I was excited about since Shyvana.
Meh, I don't really like champions who can only be built as assassins, I mean his scaling is bad and if he builds like a bruiser there aren't many advantages to his ultimate.
