5% is a bit too much. Olaf at lv 18 w/o items is already a pain. 3735 x .05 = 186.90. Think what happens when you give him Warmog's and frozen mallet. At least let it be 3% and increase the damage slightly.
What's red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet at the same time? Rainbow

You might want that slow on Undertow. Red buff is probably going to be a speed buff for the carrier instead of an on-hit slow in the coming jungle rework.

I think a leap-strike E and %reduction ult would be reasonable.

I mean, I want Undertow to gain that movement speed, but slow would remain same. About red buff, if that happens this buff on Undertow will not be needed. After some thoughts, doing leap-strike on E would male Olaf OP for sure. Imagine jumping to an enemy with E and constantly slowing him with Undertow. Better to leave it as it is.

He doesn't need a move speed buff from Undertow.

I don't think he needs buffs on his skills, perhaps just a slight buff to his base stats.

3-4ish more HP per level, 5-10 base run walk speed, 3-4 more base armor (Even though they already buffed his base armor recently) and perhaps an extra .2 or .3 damage per level as well. I think those minor buffs would make a big difference.

Well David, I don't know if it is or not. The true damage skill is good already but it doesn't work as well against bulky champs as it does vrs squishy ones, which is ironic, seeing as it's true damage.

Considering the spell is on a -relatively- short cooldown, you can only use it between 3-5 times a fight, and other champions like Kogmaw and Vayne get % HP damage, I'm not convinced. I think it might be somewhat reasonable.

Then again, I don't think this champion needs much in the way of buffs, he's fairly good.

Feel the same as Duff. Olaf is strong now, and I would hardly characterize Xin or Jarvan as better, the metagame has simply moving towards tons of hard cc, which Olaf has zero.

Olaf is almost OP on Dominion as is now anyways, adding a MS buff would just be OP.

Feel like he needs higher base stats and a slight buff on his passive. 330 base MS would probably fix all of his problem's too.

HOWEVER, because the meta game is shifting towards lots of hard CC, OLAF IS GETTING BETTER, NOT WORSE...

Shouldnt we change the meta? The current one is getting boring.

Ultimate champion to win any match when the enemy has tons of hard CC: Irelia.

Irelia Olaf and trundle are all fairly good at that in their own respective ways.

Olaf's ulti completely negates all disables 100%, not reduces the CC's that have been put on him. No knock backs or pop ups snares stuns nothing.

When Olaf has end gear, he's pretty much the single scariest thing ever. Enough burst to instantly kill squishies if you build right. (Building Olaf right includes Trinity Force.)

That's insane.

Irelia has a lot of anti CC but it's better for stuns and snares. Olaf is better against knock backs and pop ups, and he counters Amumu and Orianna to boot because their ults do nothing to him outside of a small amount of damage.

Trundle has good anti CC, and cuts the enemy team in half with his pillar. Irelia can't do that.

They are all great counters to CC heavy team, and have their own places :)
