If you did that and one guy just got fed, then he would get all the kills because he would be doing a whole lot of damage. So that is just one little problem.
Though I have the same problem when I played Pantheon. I would do my combo, and the person would barely be alive. Then right as I auto someone would use a skill to finish. I think whoever uses the last skill on the person gets the kill.

No. Whatever champion does the last tick of damage gets the kill. That's the way it works, and that's the way it always has worked.
Generally if you already do a ton of damage then you'll get the kill, meaning that most of the time, the carries are getting kills, which is good. Any good tank/support will give you kills and take assists in the early game anyway.

Whoever gets the last hit on the person gets the kill and I think it's perfectly fine as is. Carries can "ks" (Nocturne) all they want and get fed as hell, and that wins games. Kills being spread throughout the team isn't as good as one person getting massively fed and the team getting a bunch of assists.







hmm I guess the idea can be switched a bit and altered, but it is extremely annoying when you need that kill because you are the main carry, and for example some1 else .. like shen... takes the kill... =/

i have a way to solve this problem...
why not give the kill to the person who hurts the enemy the most, damage wise... thats as balanced as it can get.. (scripting will be difficult though)
