I saw two Karmas in a Game...

And her slow decays over time, so the actual 80% slow only lasts for about a quarter of a second before it rapidly loses potency. And karma is rare because she has a sky high skill cap. Really hard to play properly and get the full effect out of her. But with the DFG remake, new AP support friendly items in general, and the increase in cash flow to supports, I foresee more people taking her out for a test run and discovering how amazing she is. I think she will get more popular in the months to come.[/quote]
