This is why people believe in elo hell, you can't progress with those runes, you have no late game, and a super squishy early game etc. Anyway if this guy finds this post I'm not trying to be offensive. Just change you runes
I gotta hand it to matchmaking though keeping this guy at a near 50%50 win lose ratio. So there is really no doubt that's his skill level
Just change the runes and masteries and maybe he will go higher in the ranks but you can't carry with that set up, Glass cannon is not OP if it shatters just by firing.
