Because heart of gold is already gold-efficient when you buy it; giving more gold AND building into a staple tank item is just unfair. I buy heart of gold on EVERY tank I play, right after mercury's treads. It's an understandable nerf.

EDIT: Found the game.
I forget which part of the game it is. Oh well. Anyway, he gets a message that tells him that HoG is getting nerfed, which is funny because he's stacking triple HoG on Twitch at the moment. ^_^
