From the sounds of it, yea it was probably a staged match.
In hindsight, it seems like something that's likely since they've been talking about it all week and it was heavily tied with the lore of the game. I imagine most everything was planned out, and things are easier to plan out if the storyline is linear. I just didn't expect the match to be so one sided. Honestly, I thought, "if they are going to stage this, then they would at least make this interesting to watch."
Edit: OK I was raging for no reason. It seems Poisonidon really did just get dc and not rage quit. My bad =P

Nah he disconnected; honestly the Council/Lore people know better to rage quit. It was a match for fun anyway.

I was watching Roku's Q&A after the game and he said "no, it wasn't staged" and that no-one was listening to him on vent. That sion shoulda ganked more and bot lane shouldn't have pushed so hard. So many mistakes =(

But in all honesty, this match was obviously staged. The Noxians hardly got wards at all, allowing Udyr to farm up in the jungle without any pressure at all. This match was supposed to be filled with 'top players'. Didn't play like it!

But honestly, that game was disappointing. Phreak tries to do some decent commentating but the other guy keeps going on and on about lore that most people either don't care about or care about enough that they already know it all. Horrible plays by the Noxian side, Jungle Sion when Shaco was available, no map awareness at all. Roku was the only good player for Noxus to be honest; he died once and that was to first blood, which is basically unavoidable against Bear Stun/Ashe Arrow.

I'd suggest we take bets on who's going to be on top of Elementz' tier list tomorrow, but I don't think anyone would bet against Udyr.
Udyr hasn't been changed for a long time and I don't see why he's not at the top of most peoples' tier lists. Building him tanky/dps (idk I don't play him) makes him godly painful to play against. Impossible to kill cause of turtle stance lifesteal and can do quite a bit of damage with phoenix and tiger stances if you have some attack speed but I think you can use tiger for attack speed. I'm just speculating a bit but I've seen Udyr wreck faces and Udyr be the champ that does little to no damage.
