Honestly, halfing the ratio for Equilibrium strike is a bit too much I think. Bleh. I'll try it out tomorrow. Lowering the base health and the speed is probably gonna hit her Tanky DPS style, and her early game power. Anyway, OP's wish is granted. When do I get mine? x)

no one built ap on irelia anyway so no one cares

tbh, eq strike is a buff, 40% cdr brings it to 4.4s (as opposed to 5.4s) for stun/slow and burst.
health change just means using health/lvl seals or health quints to make up for it, won't affect her in the long run
blades change is minimal

Jet has been banned for trolling and blatant racism.
Her early dominance got nerfed. The problem was that she could easily force anyone to retreat while not really risking anything. With -60 hp early on she'll have to be a lot more careful the first couple of levels.
