Is it just me, or did the free champions rotate?

[/quote] Take your own advice. I have observed that the updates have been timely, and accurate for the last YEAR or so that I've been playing league of legends. I am asking why this has changed. If the only excuse is "oh it's a fan website" then that's bullshit. If it's "oh the site admins were busy" then that's a different story.[/quote]
