In the coming patch, when you activate your Counter Strike, the Grandmaster at Arms will begin dodging all incoming attacks for the duration of the ability. When the duration expires, he will damage all enemies in an area around him and stun them for a short period of time. This will allow Jax players to avoid incoming attacks and disrupt opponents using their own skill and ability instead of relying on random chance.

Depends on the damage and the colldown of the skill.
I imagine that his power is reduced once he blown the dogde abilitie.

^That. Just reduce stealth length to ~10 sec max on Eve/Twitch, enough time to walk up to sb. to gank him but not enough to camp the brushes until that guy you started stalking half an hour ago gets too close.
Hope that new Counter Strike will still make a lot of fun like the old one.
The whole problem was that Riot didn't like people getting ganked so much. I doubt Riot will give them permanent stealth at all.

Also I'd like to know what happened to the DDG = MR bonus on his ulti? If they let it degenerated into some flat MR bonus it'll loose some of it's unique flavor...
btw: S1 knows when they'll actual implement the remaster?
From what they told us in the official post it sounds like they'd do it today (and I downloaded sth around 200+ mb already..?) but Jax is still the same?
