I actually have no idea, but even if it would stack, then you need a minimum of 24 kills+assists-deaths (You need a minimum of 10 to obtain the Head of Kha'zix) to fully abuse the items. Which btw is not easy to get.

anyway back on the topic, you can actually purchase another bonetooth after you got the head. i just did the event and won but i don't want to waste the last slot on something that might not be worth it though.
