Hmm, how many of the heal reducing champions are actually played? And of many of them at top? Actually, if you hav a decent farm at your build, you no longer need to fear ignite, you are just as tanky as other top-lane champs without a sustain ability like that.
So, if the enemy top picks Ignite, you counter him with Cleanse.

No no no, ofcourse not. Nickname can win any top lane with Mundo, that's why he can afford such items, even on tournaments.

And he has one of the best kit to farm everything. He can cleaver, he can boost his damage which masochism and can instantly deal damage with aoe.

He also has no ultimate and loses for free to most other solo tops.
