They keep on bringing in these new champs, how about fixing some of the old ones first/ making the servers a bit more reliable. IDK Pantheon's ulti is still stupid annoying to aim and use but fun when it actually hits, Eve's ulti was stealth changed then changed back...There are a lot more things they could change or adjust but instead they are making new champs to let our wallets empty out and their wallets fill up.
On the champion herself um well she looks interesting. Cardcaptor Sakura appearance with Light based abilities. Dual snare.....Love how this is old champion abilities with new perks.....Barrel toss with a slow. Team stealth for 3 seconds well thatd be great. Half the team wants to gank bot so they run through mid and are stealthed before creeps see them cross mid safely and are restealthed by the time they hit bot to do the gank @_@ like a mini deceive for the team without the added benefit from Shaco's actual decieve, oh and it's .5 seconds shorter, a stealth champ get .5 seconds more for a personal stealth......Her ulti might be the only thing that Doesn't seem to be an abusive ability that I'd have to be scared of. Her passive seems like a reiteration of Sona's passive without the 3 spell charge.
IDK we can call her balanced for now but hey Sona's going 15/0/30 as a support champ must be balanced right? I buy the new champs then they get kinda old because I see everyone playing them this champ Ill prolly shy away from actually buying. But I will for sure be ganking her if I see her.

The base dmg is exactly the same as Morg's dark binding, but 0.75 vs 0.9 AP ratio.
Cooldown is 13-15 vs 12 all lvls, mana cost is the same.
Range 100 is typo right? 1000 vs 1200
So the basically, it snares 2 and deals 50% dmg more then DB for slightly worse AP, cooldown and range.
Obviously more powerful then DB, by factor of about 55-60% (huge!) (Why is it more than 50%, because it snares up to 2 ppl!! Think of the effect in a team fight). The question is, how long the snare is for.
If it's say 2 secs all lvls, then this skill is closer to 45% more powerful.
(W)Prismatic Wave a?? Fires a Prismatic Wave that bends the light around any friendly target it touches, stealthing them for 3 seconds. In addition, Lux gains passive cooldown reduction(3/6/9/12/15%).

No big analysis needed, it's new and powerful. Seriously, it works on the whole team? I figure even just a single target would make this skill quite useful.
(E)Lucent Singularity a?? Fires an anomaly of twisted light to an area, which slows(13/16.5/20/23.5/27%) nearby enemies. Lux can detonate it to damage(60/105/150/195/240(+AP*0.6)) enemies in the area of effect.

Ok, this skill not so obvious OP. The detonate part of it is worse than gragas by quite a bit, especially the CD. But it adds an area slow up to 27%. Question is how long duration and how big is AOE. But generally, having a slow skill is great to balance out a champ, for an escape mechanism and for team fights.
And gragas's barrel AOE is quite small, I can see Riot making this skill's AOE bigger.
If not, then this skill around same or less powerful compared to barrel roll.
And compared to MF's Make it rain, definitely way weaker. But who said MF isn't OP ....
(R) Finales Funkeln a?? After gathering energy, Lux fires a laser pulse that deals damage(250/350/450(+AP*0.9)) to all targets in the area.

Dmg is less (about 25% with AP scale in mind). CD is way less, half at lv 3!! Mana cost same.
Range is 1/6 map distance? So still quite far. No reduced dmg from passing thru units (min 30%, 8% each more). So if you are trying to Trueshot a low health champ running away, behind 2 champs, it'll be get hit by 46% reduced dmg.
So lets do some calc:
Dmg = -25%
CD = +100%
Range = -30% effectiveness say
No reduction = +25% effectiveness say
So 75% x 200% = 150% the damage output
Ok, the math is kinda arbitrary, but the main diff is the CD is twice as fast, so sustained dmg over time is 2x as much. But burst is lower, which is more important in killing heroes obviously. But the dmg is instant whereas trueshot needs to travel so target moves away alot of times.
Hence, it should be easy to see that the low CD more than makes up for the slightly reduced DMG.
And thus, it means this skill is better than Trueshot for sure.
Conclusion:
2 really OP skills, 1 possibly slightly UP skill and a ulti that is better than Trueshot .....
You tell me if this char is going to be OP? The only possibility I can see is if she will be super squishy even for a mage, to balance it out. [But goodluck trying to kill her, she has snare, stealth and slow]
