I am going to buy Skarner later today, i just wanted to know what the current "status" on him was.

I heard some people saying he is OP and some saying he is horrible.

Also, what items do you suggest on a jungle Skarner?

I just played with a teamate on dominion and he alright I'd say he average at least in terms of dominion

Skarner is like ****ing crazy ^^ - I'm 1700-1750 elo and I always end up with 5+ kills before I even die :3

I prefer Skarner jungle but he's totally viable top.
Start Cloth Armor +5hp or Regrowth Pendant +1 hp. Then build philosopher's stone and Heart of Gold. Then a Sheen and make your philo stone into shurelya's. Pretty much what you need to own ^^

Not really, but jungling with him takes a level of experience (with jungle, not with warwick) and is hard and all, and is just not worth it for most people
