Lets talk Skarner

[/quote] It just means that skarner scales well with everything, so yes that is a good thing, u can spec and build almost entirely according to ur enemy and teammates(on the teammate regard some1 on ur team should ALWAYS have shurelyas, if ur support doesn't get it skarner is a good pic for it)[/quote]
