1. I was on a smurf account, level 29 (Joshtacular), I use it for testing builds and screwing around mainly. It's normal ELO is pretty average.
2. The PFP players friend requested me and I did a premade with them, they were around level 25 I think.
3. Last I checked my ranked solo queue ELO (1600s) was higher than yours ;)
